What you will do
- Build and manage customer relationships, engaging stakeholders from IT to C-level and driving net-new business.
- Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support proposals and RFPs.
- Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and design technical solutions including SOWs, BOMs, and cost estimates.
- Maintain CRM inputs, report on pipeline, and represent the company at events and webinars.
- Deepen expertise through certifications to deliver value-led conversations and service contracts.
Requirements
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills for all levels.
- Experience positioning Digital Workplace and Security offerings, including managed services and cross-selling.
- Proven Security sales experience with Microsoft 365 Security knowledge and standards like ISO and NIS2.
- Effective multitasking, pipeline management, and maintaining sales/technical certifications.
- Tech-savvy, collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
