What you will do

• Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to identify pain points and commercial opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to prioritize initiatives and shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate directly with the company board to develop and refine the long-term product vision.
• Partner with engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver high-quality product initiatives.
• Align product goals with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable commercial growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, with a background in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the insurance industry (insurers and brokers/agents).
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to use AI tools for rapid prototyping, mockups, and MVP validation.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Polish.
• Must be located in or able to work from Warsaw or Skierniewice, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or boards on product strategy.
• Familiarity with policy administration, rating, or claims platforms.
• Experience shipping products into multiple markets or regulatory environments.
