Location: Must be based in the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories)
Salary: $210,000 – $280,000

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Engineering and Data Science to solve complex customer and business problems.
- Execute advanced qualitative and quantitative product discovery to validate assumptions and pivot toward high-value opportunities.
- Manage the feature backlog and oversee delivery using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Evaluate build vs. buy options for off-the-shelf solutions to optimize delivery and cost.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Drive technical design discussions focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in product management building B2C and B2B insurance products for a large carrier or insurtech.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Technical proficiency in at least two areas: Cloud-Based Infrastructure, API/Backend Services, or Data Platforms/Data Science.
- Ability to leverage AI to build repeatable workflows for research, strategy, and execution.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience with data science modeling and machine learning practices.
