What you will do
- Support commissioning and maintenance of mechanical plant systems, including filters and pumps, within a live EfW facility.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer O&M manuals and internal procedures.
- Diagnose faults in plant and rotating equipment and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and progress reports using PAMELA and CMMS.
- Collaborate with commissioning, engineering, and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical maintenance or commissioning within Energy-from-Waste, power generation, or heavy process industries.
- Technical proficiency with pumps, filters, rotating equipment, and fault-finding.
- Knowledge of HSEQ regulations and industrial site compliance.
- Valid site safety certification such as SCC, SafePass, CSCS, CCNSG, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to site hours or shift patterns.
