What you will do

• Maintain and control laboratory environmental conditions, including temperature.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across a wide range of laboratory equipment.
• Act as the responsible person for Contract Job Registrations (CJR), including RAMS.
• Raise SCaRF requests and manage invoices for the contracts.
• Ensure completion and upkeep of statutory and safety assessments, including PUWER.
• Raise, manage, and control purchase orders related to maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.
• Indentured apprenticeship or NVQ Level 4 minimum vocational qualification.
• Good knowledge of fluid and gas management equipment and control systems.
• Experience in facility fault finding and rectification.
• Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent in English, Maths and Science.
• Full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points.

Nice to have

• Working level knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
