What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of energy efficiency measures via the supply chain across Kent.
• Manage contractors on-site to ensure deadlines, health and safety protocols, and high quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement Construction Phase Plans, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Conduct pre-install inductions, post-install handovers, and regular safety and quality inspections.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors to resolve operational delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with PAS2030:2019/PAS2035, Trustmark, and MCS requirements.

Requirements

• Site-level understanding of External Solid Wall Insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps, or Solar PV installations.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and assess implementation accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and Health & Safety legislation.
• Full driving licence required.
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing internal/external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Nice to have

• Valid SMSTS certification.
• Trade Specific or Manager Level CSCS card.
