What you will do

• Execute Taiwan market entry strategy including regulatory setup, partnerships, distribution, and growth planning.
• Oversee obtaining regulatory licenses and ensure compliance with local insurance standards.
• Build relationships with insurers and partners, negotiate distribution agreements, and develop competitive product offerings.
• Lead platform launch and product iterations collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Establish operating processes, reporting, and high-performing team with ownership culture.
• Represent the company with regulators, partners, media, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth tech companies; regulated insurance experience a plus.
• Analytical and execution-focused in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
• Strong leadership building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Taiwan insurance market, regulations, and distribution a plus.
