What you will do

• Oversee operational support for FinTech products, internal workflows, and transaction processes.
• Manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the evaluation of licensing opportunities.
• Forecast and manage fiat and crypto liquidity flows across all legal entities and products.
• Implement risk management strategies and oversee AML governance and internal compliance procedures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with 3rd party providers, regulators, agents, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional team coordination, resolve operational blockers, and set clear KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in the FinTech industry.
• 1–3 years of experience in a C-level position with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to translate strategy into actionable plans and identify market trends.
• Deep understanding of business economics, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapes.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and superior communication skills.
