What you will do

• Develop and execute the Taiwan market entry strategy, including regulatory setup and growth planning.
• Secure necessary regulatory licenses and ensure full adherence to local insurance industry standards.
• Build and negotiate commercial partnerships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players.
• Lead the platform launch and drive rapid product iteration to achieve product-market fit.
• Establish high-performance operating processes, reporting structures, and growth metrics.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team with a strong ownership culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record in managing commercial performance and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical and execution-focused mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Taiwan.

• Experience working in a regulated insurance environment.
• Deep understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape.
