Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in office) in St. John's or Toronto, Canada

What you will do

  • Conduct proactive daily cold calls to identify new sales opportunities for hirify.global Verafin.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospects and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Analyze and uncover specific pain points within financial institutions that can be solved by the product.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong, lasting professional relationships.
  • Develop and execute targeted nurture campaigns for future buying opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other SDRs to share ideas and meet SQL targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in prospecting and proactive cold calling.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from St. John's or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the financial or software industry.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications.
