What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (50+ per day) to set appointments for licensed sales professionals.
• Analyze regional and product sales trends among broker-dealers and individual Financial Advisors.
• Communicate objectives, risks, and benefits of hirify.global's structured products to clients.
• Collaborate with external wholesalers and regional distribution teams to support territory growth.
• Maintain accurate client data and schedule follow-up activities using contact management systems.
• Prepare for and successfully pass required FINRA licenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.
• Ability to obtain Series 7, 63, and SIE (FINRA) licenses within 4 months of hire.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
