Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year; up to $85,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Qualify contacted prospects and assess their understanding of relevant business problems and readiness to engage with sales.
  • Prospect new customers through cold calls, email, and social media to create interest and schedule discovery calls.
  • Research accounts, contacts, and buying committees while nurturing leads and overcoming objections.
  • Document prospecting activity and outcomes in Salesforce Lightning CRM and maintain accurate marketing automation data.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account and territory planning, lead quality, and sales best practices.
  • Support marketing lead-generation programs, including planning, data entry, follow-up, tracking, and occasional event logistics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or equivalent sales role.
  • Proven success generating outbound pipeline through cold calls, cold emails, social selling, and creative prospecting.
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders, mapping buying committees, and building relationships across organizations.
  • Record of achieving at least 90% of outbound quota or comparable performance metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, business acumen, curiosity, active listening, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator, including building and optimizing sales sequences.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to the office of the CFO, including familiarity with compliance considerations, buying cycles, and stakeholder complexity.
