Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership or management experience in technical teams.
• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and modern software architecture.
• Experience working with high-scale distributed systems in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent English skills are required.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with network security, behavioral analytics, or device intelligence.
• Experience in fraud prevention, cyber threat intelligence, or related domains.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments.
