Development Manager

What you will do

• Plan and manage development operations for hosting infrastructure, projects, releases, including software engineering, QA testing, and test automation.
• Lead and motivate DevOps team members, developers, testers, and consultants to coordinate delivery activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product and infrastructure issues.
• Enforce sound and secure software engineering practices and processes.
• Handle sprint planning, task assignments, performance feedback, and day-to-day technical decisions.
• Collaborate with CTO/Product Managers on new features and system maintenance.

Requirements

• Location restricted to remote from Netherlands, UK, Portugal, Germany, or Spain
• Strong hands-on coding and debugging skills (preferably Azure, .NET, Kubernetes, Azure SQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Effective people leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
• Customer-focused mindset and attention to quality.
