What you will do
- Manage distributors and sales partners to achieve growth and maximum market penetration.
- Identify and acquire new distributors and customers aligned with strategic guidelines.
- Negotiate distribution and customer contracts in coordination with management.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement local promotional activities.
- Provide sales and product training to local partners.
- Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and market research reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Business Management, or a related major.
- 10+ years of working experience in multinational companies.
- 5+ years of professional sales management experience in the Healthcare/Diagnostic sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the local language and Microsoft Office.
- Availability for >70% travel within the assigned territory.

- MBA degree.
- Technical background in the diagnostics sector.
- English language proficiency.
