What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through direct sales and distributor performance management.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for biotech companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and academic institutions.
- Manage regional distribution partners, providing them with product training and technical support.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to researchers, lab managers, and decision-makers.
- Represent the company at regional conferences, tradeshows, and scientific meetings.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Field Applications, and China leadership to align regional strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field (MS or PhD strongly preferred).
- 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the life sciences industry.
- Proven experience managing distribution partners or channel sales relationships.
- Track record of selling both capital equipment and consumable products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 60%), including overnight stays.
