What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Drive recruitment of new partners into the Channel Partner Program.
- Train and educate partners on product value propositions and operational processes.
- Manage stock levels, rotation, and product mix to optimize availability.
- Collaborate with local marketing managers to implement and track distributor marketing activities.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and share insights with the sales and management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of IP-based technologies and networking solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as required.
