What you will do
- Manage and enhance relationships with existing key accounts and acquire new clients.
- Drive sales growth and development for strategic products within the homecare segment.
- Analyze market trends, application developments, and competitor activity to build business intelligence.
- Execute business strategies to maximize profitable sales through effective value selling.
- Develop strategic account plans and lead initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage monthly sales forecasts and pipelines to ensure AOP targets are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry or Fine Chemicals.
- 5+ years of sales development experience in the homecare industry.
- Proven knowledge of market trends and product applications in homecare and industrial cleaning.
- Experience working within multi-national corporations (MNCs) and global organizational structures.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on results and action.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
