What you will do

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing tactical plans and executing pricing strategies.
  • Implement corporate strategy, negotiate contracts, and expand business in assigned territory.
  • Build relationships through consultative selling, cold-calling prospects, and handling inbound leads.
  • Recognize market trends, gain competitive intelligence, and initiate new opportunities.
  • Coordinate team selling, maintain CRM data, and support marketing efforts like trade shows and demos.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver presentations or training as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience with proven record, preferably in industrial/academic sales
  • 1 year laboratory experience or aptitude, preferably with ELISA/immunoassays
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of immunoassays, molecular biology, and market applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel up to 10%
