Programmatic Specialist (AdTech)

Location: Oslo, Norway; hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days at flexible work locations.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of advertiser and client accounts.
• Set up, optimize, and report on programmatic campaigns.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to advertisers and clients.
• Evaluate programmatic platforms and identify new opportunities.
• Participate in pitches and innovative projects.
• Share knowledge and strengthen team capabilities in data and technology.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with programmatic buying and solutions.
• Experience with or strong knowledge of DSPs such as Amazon, Google DV360, Adform, or The Trade Desk.
• Commercial mindset connecting programmatic buying with client objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into concrete action.
• Solid understanding of digital buying across channels.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with performance-driven advertising.
• Background in video advertising or knowledge of the open web ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
