What you will do

  • Lead the clinical and commercial marketing strategy for Brain Function Monitoring and Hemodynamics portfolios across Southeast Asia.
  • Drive product adoption and expand the market through clinical insights and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams to execute successful product launches.
  • Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and high-impact sales enablement materials.
  • Design and deliver structured training programs for internal sales teams and distributor partners.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to identify unmet clinical needs and prioritize product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, clinical roles, or nursing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Experience (R.N or R.R.T).
  • Must be based in Singapore and possess a valid Driver’s license for local travel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
  • Clinical background in Cardiac ICU or Critical Care nursing.
  • Familiarity with FDA and international medical device regulatory processes.
  • Experience working in both large structured corporations and entrepreneurial startup environments.
