What you will do

  • Define APAC regional marketing roadmap and steer prioritization across markets for maximum commercial impact.
  • Govern regional launches, campaigns, and activations, ensuring global framework adaptation and performance transparency.
  • Lead performance marketing across demand generation channels, owning the end-to-end funnel and ROI optimization.
  • Evolve multi-brand strategy and build demand generation ecosystem for B2B and B2C channels.
  • Oversee marketing performance, chair governance forums, and provide regional input to global decisions.
  • Drive capability development and consolidate market insights across APAC.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Asian languages and/or German is a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related; MBA/brand certification plus.
  • 12+ years in brand/product/retail marketing leadership, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • Experience in consumer-oriented Medical/Healthcare preferred; understanding of hearing device market advantageous.
  • Track record in omnichannel strategies, campaign execution, consumer journey, and retail optimization.
  • Deep consumer/shopper behavior knowledge, financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and people management skills.
