What you will do
- Define APAC regional marketing roadmap and steer prioritization across markets for maximum commercial impact.
- Govern regional launches, campaigns, and activations, ensuring global framework adaptation and performance transparency.
- Lead performance marketing across demand generation channels, owning the end-to-end funnel and ROI optimization.
- Evolve multi-brand strategy and build demand generation ecosystem for B2B and B2C channels.
- Oversee marketing performance, chair governance forums, and provide regional input to global decisions.
- Drive capability development and consolidate market insights across APAC.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Asian languages and/or German is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related; MBA/brand certification plus.
- 12+ years in brand/product/retail marketing leadership, including 5+ years leading teams.
- Experience in consumer-oriented Medical/Healthcare preferred; understanding of hearing device market advantageous.
- Track record in omnichannel strategies, campaign execution, consumer journey, and retail optimization.
- Deep consumer/shopper behavior knowledge, financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and people management skills.
