What you will do

• Set demand generation and field marketing strategies for KR/SEA to drive brand awareness and pipeline generation with proven ROI
• Partner with regional sales teams to deliver sales-led marketing for net new and customer expansion
• Collaborate with international and global marketing teams for consistent results across channels and segments in local languages
• Track performance, manage budgets, and implement frameworks for team success
• Act as the face of SEA/KR marketing and international brand ambassador

Requirements

• Experience building full-funnel demand gen strategies for segments across Singapore/SEA or Korea
• Deep understanding of digital marketing mix and scaling programmatic campaigns
• Data-driven creative mindset with insights and innovation
• Self-starter with ownership, cross-functional rallying, and proactive execution
• Strategic problem-solving to anticipate roadblocks and overachieve goals

• Fluency in Korean
