What you will do

• Manage operational relationships with Singaporean government bodies including EDB, GovTech, and IMDA, tracking grant deliverables and compliance.
• Build and sustain structured partnerships with universities (e.g., NUS, SUTD) to create talent pipelines and collaborative projects.
• Plan and execute industry events and conferences to establish the AI Lab as a thought leader in Singapore's AI ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal GTM, CSM, marketing, and P&E teams to align community activities with commercial and product outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, from speaker submissions to content preparation for AI workshops and hackathons.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, or community management.
• Based in Singapore with familiarity with the local government and university ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Genuine curiosity and interest in AI and enterprise technology.
