What you will do
- Build and configure upsell campaigns in Braze, including audience logic, offers, variants, timing, and routing.
- Execute campaign calendar with precision: setup, content, QA, and launches.
- Track KPIs like conversion rate, revenue per transaction, AOV; provide post-campaign summaries and commercial analysis.
- Support A/B tests, develop experiment ideas based on data, and pitch improvements.
- Maintain audience segments, monitor quality, and request data enhancements.
- Perform rigorous QA, maintain documentation, and collaborate with leads and creative teams.
Requirements
- Location: Singapore
- 1-3 years in CRM, lifecycle, growth marketing, or related digital marketing role with hands-on execution.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.).
- Commercially-oriented campaigns experience (conversion, retention, upsell).
- Ability to interpret campaign data and draw conclusions.
- Commercially curious, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive communicator.
Nice to have
- HTML/CSS and SQL.
- Experience on commercially-oriented campaigns.
