A lead generation company operating within the iGaming sector since 2012, providing players with reliable betting data through one-stop-shop portals.

What you will do

• Manage affiliate account processes, including new operator onboarding, account openings, and platform updates.
• Ensure tracking and reporting accuracy by creating links and conducting monthly EPC analysis.
• Oversee content and portal updates to ensure rankings and links remain accurate.
• Coordinate with Content and Product departments on welcome offers, market closures, and compliance changes.
• Maintain internal databases and communication tools, ensuring data accuracy across mastersheets and Telegram.
• Handle documentation and workflow management, including IO drafting and ticket handling.

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in technical or customer support, preferably within the Casino or Sports industries.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new workflows, systems, and technical structures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress.
• Experience with affiliate platforms.
