What you will do

  • Source, vet, and onboard affiliate and performance partners aligned with brand and compliance standards.
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate program across key products including Wallet App and Web Wallet.
  • Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid deal structures tied to LTV-anchored conversion events.
  • Monitor partner performance and enforce program standards, including geo-compliance and fraud detection.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, campaign ROI, and LTV return.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance-based user acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid commercial models.
  • Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms or similar systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance against LTV or ROI metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

  • Background in crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  • Experience with fraud detection and traffic quality analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven outreach tools for partner discovery and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, domain authority, and backlink quality assessment.
  • Experience scaling an affiliate program from early stage to maturity.
