TL;DR

Account Manager with Turkish (iGaming): Provide ongoing account management to assigned clients, manage operational issues, and act as internal advocate with an accent on Middle East team processes, upsell opportunities, and performance reviews. Focus on analyzing KPIs, conducting training sessions, coordinating with departments, and assisting with client documentation.

Location: Hybrid in Sliema (Malta) or Bucharest (Romania), available after first three months, up to 50 work-from-home days per year. Ability to travel for client meetings required.

Leading B2B SaaS provider of iGaming software, content, and services to 300 customers worldwide, with a team of over 1400 across twelve countries.

What you will do

  • Provide account management and full ownership of client portfolio.
  • Manage operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Act as client advocate internally and conduct product training for new clients.
  • Monitor accounts for upsell/cross-sell, analyze data, track KPIs, and lead performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with departments on projects and assist Finance/Legal with documentation.
  • Continuously improve Middle East Team processes and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Advanced Turkish skills or native Turkish speaker.
  • Minimum 2 years iGaming experience, ideally in relationship management or commercial role.
  • Previous B2B experience in gaming development company offering multiple iGaming verticals.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven client relationship management and familiarity with online business functions (marketing, affiliates, payments, etc.).
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and workshops.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT/Telecoms or related technical field.
  • Technical understanding of web services.
