What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners and System Integrators aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Develop joint business plans and provide ongoing sales enablement and training to partners.
- Track partner performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue attribution, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to refine the channel partner program.
Requirements
- Native German language and fluent English.
- 2-3 years of experience in partnership development in a competitive, data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and a keen interest in technology.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a KPI-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
