Senior Business Analyst (AdTech): Leading business analysis for complex advertising technology and AI-enabled automation projects with an accent on translating stakeholder goals into structured requirements, data analysis, and cross-system solution alignment. Focus on facilitating requirements workshops, validating user stories and business rules, managing risks and scope, and planning User Acceptance Testing.
Location: Remote role available in Europe and Ukraine

What you will do
- Lead business analysis for complex, multi-system solutions and AI-enabled automation projects.
- Translate advertising workflows and stakeholder goals into requirements, user stories, success metrics, and business rules.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions.
- Create and maintain requirements, work breakdown structures, process flows, decision logs, and wireframes.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams, communicate risks, and support scope and process optimization.
- Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing and participate in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst.
- 1–2 years of experience performing Product Owner-like responsibilities.
- Experience translating complex business needs into functional and data requirements.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, plus basic SQL.
- Advanced experience with Jira, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and diagramming tools.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required. Practical experience with AI/LLM concepts, prompt-based solutions, stakeholder communication, facilitation, and presentation.

- Experience in AdTech or digital advertising.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or discovery phases.
