What you will do

• Lead business analysis for multi-system solutions and AI-driven automation in the AdTech domain.
• Translate advertising workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain BA artifacts, including process flows, wireframes, and decision logs.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support pre-sale activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst.
• 1–2 years of experience performing Product Owner-like responsibilities.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and basic SQL.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM concepts and prompt-based solutions.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe or Ukraine.
