TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (Business Analysis/Product Ownership): Translating complex business processes into technically viable backlog items and owning prioritization, process clarity, and UAT outcomes with an accent on technical feasibility, agile delivery, and senior stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing tradeoffs across business value, risk, process impact, and technical complexity while mentoring analysts and improving delivery standards.

What you will do
- Translate complex business problems and processes into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Document and validate current- and future-state business processes and maintain backlog health across stories, defects, UAT feedback, and change requests.
- Set standards for story readiness and keep the backlog refined at least two sprints ahead.
- Lead discovery and whiteboard sessions, align business and technical stakeholders, and identify process gaps.
- Validate architecture, integration, data, and non-functional impacts with Tech Leads.
- Own priority tradeoffs, UAT outcomes, delivery risks, governance, and mentoring of Business Analysts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, including senior or lead ownership of complex initiatives.
- Experience with business process documentation, BPMN, backlog strategy, UAT, and technical feasibility assessment.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC and agile delivery, with advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience mentoring Business Analysts and using AI tools strategically.
- C1+ English required, with experience in global and distributed environments.
Nice to have
- Advanced business analysis certification such as CCBA or CBAP.
- Product Owner or Scrum certification such as CSPO, CSM, PSPO, or PSM.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, cloud environments, or data pipelines.
- Academic background in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Experience across multiple industries, client types, and remote environments.
