Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners, clients, and technical stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and other delivery documentation.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform.
• Plan and support UAT, prepare test scripts, and coordinate stakeholder sign-off with engineering and QA.
• Create BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, use case diagrams, and governance documentation.

Requirements

• Senior-level business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.
• Strong experience eliciting and documenting requirements and authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools such as Slack or Teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments such as GxP or 21 CFR Part 11.
• CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.
• Familiarity with API concepts and technical specifications.
• Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model.
