What you will do

• Execute regional marketing strategy for CEE to hit revenue targets and territory priorities.
• Drive market development initiatives tailored to country-specific maturity and competitive dynamics.
• Design integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline creation and measurable revenue contribution.
• Orchestrate marketing engagement across distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to extend market reach.
• Align with Regional Sales Directors to support territory plans and strategic account priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to refine regional strategy and deliver executive reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of managing multi-country regional marketing programs.
• Experience in partner-led or indirect go-to-market (GTM) environments.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Poland or Romania.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the CEE region.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional CEE languages.
• Experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Zuddl, or Tableau.
