What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers, fostering growth and impactful delivery.
• Drive the development of data models and pipelines for high-quality business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve data problems across e-commerce, finance, and supply chain domains.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure best practices in data modeling, quality, and usability.
• Contribute to scaling data products to ensure consistency and reusability across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data engineering and team leadership with a focus on business impact.
• Deep expertise in DBT, SQL, and modern cloud environments (Azure, Databricks).
• Experience working within product-oriented data teams and data product setups.
• Ability to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable business insights.
