What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for various corporate functions including Marketing, Retail Media, Marketplace, and Tech across Europe.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing strategies.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and conducting interview trainings.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies and the overall recruiting culture.
• Explore, test, and implement AI-driven recruiting tools to elevate team capabilities and optimize workflows.
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and participate in key organizational business meetings.

Requirements

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience within international environments, focusing on corporate functions.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions independently.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Business fluent English is a must.
• Business level German is considered a strong plus.
