TL;DR

HR Marketing & Employer Branding Intern (Automotive): Supporting the conception and implementation of personnel marketing and employer branding activities with an accent on campaign roll-outs and internal/external communication. Focus on managing social media channels, coordinating international projects, and organizing events.

What you will do

• Support the conception and implementation of personnel marketing and employer branding campaigns.
• Manage communication measures across social media, career websites, and the intranet.
• Coordinate international collaboration with HR marketing experts on strategic initiatives.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate corporate events independently.
• Conduct research and prepare decision papers and analyses in the area of Employer Branding.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Communication Science, or a similar field.
• Strong affinity for IT and social media.
• Very good knowledge of English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid residence permit required for non-EU citizens.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working with strong organizational skills.
