What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for EMEA sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with territory leads and HR to define hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Conduct proactive direct sourcing using both traditional and creative strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate the entire candidate pipeline, including screenings, interviewing, and selection.
• Maintain detailed administrative tracking and reporting of recruitment progress using Excel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience working within the high-technology sector, preferably in IT security.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
