What you will do

• Develop proficiency in hirify.global platform to translate its functionality and value to customers.
• Drive platform adoption and usage across customer organizations, ensuring ease of use and delivery on business outcomes.
• Provide guidance on how hirify.global solutions align with customer strategic goals and workflows.
• Serve as trusted commercial and technical advisor, handling change management and embedding solutions.
• Collaborate on business cases, ROI metrics, and value reviews; identify expansion opportunities.
• Engage broad stakeholders, deliver training/workshops, and inform sales/deployment strategies.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred
• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally in consulting.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in software engineering or relevant technical background; skilled in programming, data integration, macros, and software languages.
• Strong skills in developing customer value/ROI frameworks, communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive problem-solver with experience mapping outcomes to technical solutions.
