TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CRM): Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients across US and Canada markets with an accent on value realization, delivery auditing, and portfolio growth. Focus on acting as trusted advisor to C-level executives, preventing churn through proactive issue identification, and driving cross/up-sales.

Location: Based in Portugal and requires availability to work a shifted schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CET for cross-regional collaboration. International travel may be required.

What you will do

  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic Corporate & Enterprise customers.
  • Act as trusted advisor to assigned accounts, communicating at all levels including C-level executives.
  • Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects, identifying early red flags to prevent issues.
  • Help customers achieve outcomes through product consulting, value realization, and high ROI.
  • Grow customer portfolios via zero churn and active cross/up-sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with executive-level communication.
  • Experience with CRM / ERP / Core systems / LC/NC solutions / other corporate software.
  • Experience managing or overseeing software implementation projects or customizations.
  • Strong customer-centric communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management.
  • Excellent time management and efficiency skills.
