What you will do

• Support quote creation, validation, and submission in Salesforce CPQ
• Partner with sales to structure complex deals aligning with pricing guidelines and business goals
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product for deal approvals
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the quoting and deal approval process
• Maintain documentation for deal structures, approval workflows, and pricing exceptions
• Provide guidance on contract terms, order forms, and amendments
• Track deal desk metrics and refine policies to improve deal velocity and close rates

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in deal desk, sales operations, or similar role
• Salesforce experience, particularly with CPQ quoting (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate or better)
• Experience in high-tech industry with SaaS or subscription revenue model (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with demanding sales team
