What you will do
- Manage renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Negotiate and close renewal contracts in collaboration with sales team.
- Communicate product value effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Must be located in England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain
- No visa sponsorship offered
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years in sales or account management, preferably SaaS.
- Experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts proactively.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Second European or Middle Eastern language.
