Salary: €85.4K – €122K • OTE • Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Manage renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close renewal contracts in collaboration with sales team.
  • Communicate product value effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Must be located in England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain
  • No visa sponsorship offered
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years in sales or account management, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts proactively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Second European or Middle Eastern language.
