What you will do

• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and product sales.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients to expand hirify.global’s footprint across assigned accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly deal forecasting to leadership.
• Work cross-functionally to drive execution of plans that optimize the use of hirify.global products.
• Maintain precise account and contact information within the CRM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful experience as a Junior Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
• Required: SaaS experience.
• Required: Based in Portugal.
• Required: Fluency in English.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
