Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Produce monthly management accounts with clear, actionable insights.
• Deliver variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites.
• Partner with operational and marketing teams to improve margins and control costs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles.
• Analyse key KPIs including revenue, labour, and profitability.
• Assist with financial modelling for new sites and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent.
• Strong management accounting experience.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to London for hybrid work.
