What you will do

• Lead the production and review of Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and project performance reporting.
• Deliver monthly management accounts and group reporting packs.
• Act as a finance business partner to operational and commercial teams to drive financial performance.
• Oversee project accounting, including revenue recognition, cashflow, and risk identification.
• Drive improvements in working capital, billing accuracy, and cash collection.
• Manage and develop a small finance team while supporting ERP system implementations.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven experience in project-based environments (e.g., engineering, construction, facilities).
• Strong background in project accounting, CVRs, and group reporting.
• Advanced Excel and strong systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
