Portfolio Finance Manager

What you will do

• Line manage and develop the Management Accountant team with emphasis on mentoring.
• Produce timely monthly management accounts and investigate variances with department heads.
• Lead projects on process and system improvements, including Excel reconciliations.
• Support quarterly strategic reviews, prepare financial statements, tax computations, and cash flow forecasts.
• Interpret financial data for non-financial managers and act as business partner for decision-making.
• Contribute to acquisition integration and develop continuous improvement frameworks.

Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
• People management experience; proven in building teams and culture
• Strong commercial acumen, financial analysis, and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fast-paced, changing environment; multinational advantageous
• Knowledge of IFRS and project management preferable
