What you will do

• Review and validate balance sheet accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper support.
• Build and maintain high-quality reconciliations, working papers, and reporting schedules.
• Support cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and overall financial performance reporting.
• Deliver value-driven insights through monthly management reporting and internal reviews to support decision-making.
• Partner with Finance Operations, FP&A, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent application of financial information.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and internal controls.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and the financial reporting lifecycle.
• Experience working across balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in St Helier, Jersey.
