What you will do

• Analyze project requirements, prepare plans, assess risks and propose mitigations;
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver required quality;
• Manage project teams or sub-teams (programmers, artists, designers, QA);
• Align team goals and expectations with stakeholders;
• Assign tasks, manage capacity, track performance and provide feedback;
• Handle internal and client communications, conduct meetings and reports.

Requirements

• Fluent English;
• Experience working with external clients, building trust and collaboration;
• Ability to manage teams of 5+ people;
• Strong organizational and communication skills, result-oriented;
• Able to prioritize, work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
