What you will do
- Research and map named enterprise accounts in Australia (1,000+ employees), identifying stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Build tailored outbound outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to plan territory strategy and secure high-quality meetings that convert.
- Leverage sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Salesloft for efficient prospecting.
- Participate in team development and high-performance sales environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years in lead generation or outbound sales.
- Interest in or experience with SaaS sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses work.
- Coachable, resilient mindset motivated by personal and team growth.
- Ability to attend in-person Assessment Centre in Sydney on 4 June 2026.
