What you will do

  • Lead and grow a sales development organization through hiring, training, and goal setting.
  • Drive achievement of opportunity generation targets and quarterly bookings goals.
  • Coach SDRs through shadow calls and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze KPIs and monthly results to optimize lead generation velocity.
  • Manage sales productivity and reporting using Salesforce.com.
  • Develop and execute internal operating procedures and team playbooks.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in building and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of inbound lead nurturing and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and identify data trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
