What you will do

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities via telephone, email, and in-person communication with decision-makers.
  • Engage and qualify new leads using various channels including phone, email, text, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to book product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop new strategies for pipeline growth based on market feedback.
  • Meet and exceed clearly defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or a call center environment, specifically within target-based settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening and telephone etiquette.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to guide non-technical users through software solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial and agile approach with a bias toward action and ability to pivot based on business needs.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Melbourne office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Retail or Hospitality point-of-sale (POS) systems or similar technology.
